I love this exercise because it is so simple and yet so effective at opening up and strengthening your gait… You are pushing into the ground with your toes, pushing back against the ball with your butt, squeezing a ball between your legs, squeezing a disc or another ball between your hands and bending into a squat all at the same time….
This was after a pretty tough warm up. These exercises are very tough if you are not yet in shape because they challenge your core, balance, joints, muscle endurance as well as link your brain and body together… Challenging when done correctly but the results are tremendous.
When this becomes EASY you have really come a very long way in getting physically fit…!!!
